At Mr. Rabbit, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns and replacements only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance that may occur due to product photography, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain products.
- Products that have been used, altered, installed, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Fitment-related issues arising from any modification, alteration, or non-original, aftermarket component installed on the motorcycle, as our tank caps are designed and tested exclusively on stock motorcycles in original factory condition.
Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges for different sizes, colors, or product selections.
Refund Policy
In cases where a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipping, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
